How To Order & Ticketing Policies

Call to receive our season brochure and complete the attached order form with your full payment, including handling fee.  Please provide alternate choice dates when ordering by mail. Your order will be filled on a best availability basis. Mail ticket orders to: Lyceum Theatre Box Office, PO Box 14, Arrow Rock, MO 65320.

By Phone
You may place your order by phone using MasterCard, Visa or Discover. Seat locations are available by phone.  Call 660-837-3311and press option 1 to speak to a box office associate.

By Fax
Fax your order to us anytime at 660-837-3112.

Online
Click on "Buy/Reserve Tickets" to purchase single tickets ($4.00 per ticket handling fee will apply).  Choose your favorite seats 24 hours a day.  Senior, Student, Child and Season Tickets are not available online.  

Ticketing Policies 

  • A $2.00 handling fee will apply for all season ticket orders.  A $1.00 per ticket handling fee will apply to all single ticket orders. Online tickets will have a $4.00 per ticket handling fee.
  • Click "Season Tickets"  for a list of season ticket holder benefits and policies. 
  • ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.  NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
  •  "Will Call" tickets should be picked up at the Box Office at least 15 minutes prior to performance.
  • Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.
  • Children: To ensure the enjoyment of the performance to all our patrons, should any child become disruptive during the show, a member of our ushering staff or management may ask you to step out in the lobby for a brief moment.  All children ages 4-12 must have a ticket.  Children under the age of 4 are not permitted.  Lap children are not accepted.
  • Flex Pack and Season Tickets are not a part of "Special Engagement" shows.

Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, 10 am - 8 pm  
Thursday, 10 am - 4 pm
Sunday, 10 am - 2 pm

Non-performance Days:
Monday - Friday, 10 am - 4 pm
